Eatuals of the Future

What will our eating habits look like in the future?
What nutrition is still available?
What tools do you need?
Do you eat together or alone?
What position do you take?
How much time do you spend eating?
What outfit embraces the ritual?
Who or what do we thank?
What does our environment look like?

Together with Elise Coudré, we sought answers to these questions. The crouched position appears to be better for your digestion. Oil shortages and rising energy prices are forcing us to eat only raw food, so meat and other animal products are disappearing from our diet. We are looking for a real connection with nature by constantly grounding ourselves and our vegetables in the soil beneath us. We thank nature in between the bites and cuts we make. By surrounding ourselves with burlap, we try to surround us with neutrality. In the background we hear Spring (La primavera) from Vivaldi playing.

It was a pleasure to work with Elise, she is also working/playing with food and the act of eating. Thank you Pablo for connecting us during the Spring Festival in Maison Florida.
